This boat needs an engine. It is owned by a marina and they say that for 4,000 they can install a new engine. That brings the total cost to 7,000 for a nice 21' cruiser with a new engine and a trailer. If perhaps you have some time on your hands and some mechanical ability you can have it running for even less.
